Are your hosting services compliant with Gaming license requirements?
Yes, our hosting services compliant with the requirements of Curaçao Internet Gaming Association (CIGA), Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Cyprus National Betting Authority (NBA). Our equipment is located in ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certified Tier III data centers.
How could we rent a server with another configuration?
If you don't find the necessary configuration listed on our website, you can ask it from our Sales Team. They will offer you the suitable option
How can I change my server's hardware configuration?
If you need a RAM upgrade, a storage replacement, or any other hardware changes,
submit a ticket with our Sales team. They'll be in touch with the best solution for your specific inquiry.
How much does it cost a hardware replacement?
We replace the defective hardware with the same or better one for free.
Do you have any restrictions to installed software? Do you block any ports or protocols?
Our customers may install any software to dedicated servers. We don't block any network activities except malicious actions (DDoS attacks and others) and our Acceptable Use Policy violations. If you need more details or are not sure about your service compliance, please contact our sales team.
Do you provide IPMI access to the server?
Yes, we provide access to IPMI / iLO / iDRAC server console in customer panel.
Could you connect my servers to one LAN?
Yes, we can connect your servers to a private VLAN. If all connected servers are placed in the same location, It will cost a 20 USD one-time configuration fee per server. It doesn't depend on link speed.
